A filmmaker with an interest in what motivates seemingly ordinary people to express themselves in extraordinary ways, Elizabeth launched her career at WNET/ Channel Thirteen in New York City before going on to manage, produce, and supervise the production of television programs for a wide range of cable interests, including Discovery Channel, Discovery Health, A & E, Court TV, The Learning Channel and Investigation Discovery.
Recent credits include segment producing two unscripted documentary series (8x60) and (12x60) about successful collaborations between arts teachers and classroom teachers for Annenberg CPB, writing and post producing episodes of Court TV’s popular criminal investigation series (13x30) Body of Evidence, and post producing the premiere season of Investigation Discovery’s documentary crime series Real Interrogations (13x30). Her independent projects have shown at festivals world wide and received major funding from The Jerome Foundation and the New York State Council on the Arts.
